Studying in Russia over J-Term
Inspired by a fall class, 69¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ students spent J-Term in Saint Petersburg, in an immersive course on the history of the Russian Empire.
A group of 69¾«Æ·ÊÓƵ College students followed up a fall course on the Russian Empire with a two-week immersive program in Saint Petersburg, Russia, that explored the empire’s history and culture.
Alessandra Massa ’19, Serena Clapp-Clark ’19 and Seanna Creec FP’18, were joined by students from Smith College and accompanied by Susanna Nazarova, Five College Lecturer of Russian and director of the Three College Russian Initiative.
The trip was organized by the Higher School of Economics in Saint Petersburg to introduce international students to the city, according to an on the school’s website.
