Maria Kochiras is a recognized expert in global transformation, risk and resilience, committed to improving the entire growth and cost eco-system across a company’s businesses and functions. She has spent most of her career in global positions across marketing, finance, strategy and transformation. Kochiras’s previous experience varies from small family-owned companies to Fortune 500 businesses including Colgate Palmolive. Her most recent roles have been at Cargill, one of the largest private companies in the world, where she worked across all businesses, from food and feed, to energy and financial services.

Kochiras holds an MBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is on the Executive Board of WomenVenture Minnesota/Wisconsin, empowering entrepreneurial women with tools, capital and support to lead businesses that create living wage jobs. She speaks six languages.
